Bacadus was built by people who ran the operations they now transform. Our roots are in healthcare administration and revenue cycle, where fifteen years of denial management, payer strategy, and workflow design taught us exactly where organizations bleed time and money.
That operations background is paired with hands-on engineering: full stack development, production AI systems on the Anthropic Claude and OpenAI platforms, and a portfolio of fifteen-plus custom-coded platforms currently live in the field. We are a ten-person team of consultants, engineers, and analysts based in Oxford, Mississippi, working with clients nationwide.
