The AI Workflow Audit

Most organizations know AI should be saving them money. Few know exactly where, how much, or what to build first. The AI Workflow Audit answers all three in ten business days, for a fixed fee of $2,500, credited in full toward implementation.

Who it's for

Built for operations under pressure

The audit was designed inside healthcare revenue cycle, where denials, payer rules, and manual rework quietly consume six figures a year. It applies anywhere work is repetitive, rules-based, and expensive.

Healthcare and revenue cycle

Denials, prior auth, payer correspondence

Our home ground: fifteen years inside VA, Tricare, and commercial payer operations before we started automating them.

Public sector

Citizen services and records processing

Internal knowledge access and service workflows, delivered with the security posture public agencies require.

Process-heavy organizations

Email triage, documents, scheduling, reporting

Any team spending real payroll on predictable, rules-based work is a candidate for asymmetric returns.

How it works

Ten days, four phases

Days 1 to 2

Discovery

Stakeholder interviews and workflow observation. We map how work actually moves, not how the org chart says it does.

Days 3 to 5

Analysis

Time and cost quantification per workflow. Every candidate process gets a dollar figure and a feasibility score.

Days 6 to 8

Prioritization

An opportunity matrix of impact versus effort identifies the two or three automations with the strongest return.

Days 9 to 10

Roadmap

Written roadmap, ROI model, and a live readout with your leadership. You leave knowing exactly what to build first.

Common questions

Asked and answered

Why a paid audit instead of a free consultation?

Free consultations produce sales pitches. A paid diagnostic produces work: interviews, measurement, and a roadmap with numbers in it. The fee keeps both sides serious, and it is credited in full if we build together.

Do you need access to our systems or PHI?

No. The audit runs on interviews, workflow observation, and de-identified volume data. For healthcare clients, nothing crosses the line that compliance would need to review.

What if the audit finds nothing worth automating?

Then the roadmap says so, and you have spent $2,500 to avoid spending $250,000 on the wrong initiative. That has happened. It is a good outcome.

Who actually does the work?

A senior Bacadus consultant leads every audit end to end, supported by our analysts. You will not be handed to a junior team running a playbook.
